If AYGIOBLLCB has committed an error or a gift is damaged AYGIOBLLCB will retrieve the gift and apply store credit in full or re-ship it. But, again we must be able to retrieve the damaged gift to offer a store credit of any kind. No additional discounts will be offered if the gift can not be retrieved. The gift must be unopened and in its original condition. We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need too at various times throughout the year. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as packaging colors and shapes change quite frequently. With this in mind please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor, color or packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense or a discount of any kind. If for any reason other than damages or errors on the part of AYGIOBLLCB, a customer wants to return a gift they may do so at their own expense plus an additional 25% restocking fee. So as long as a shelf-stable item purchase is returned to us new and in original packaging within 3 days of delivery, we will offer a store credit for your order total and less our costs for shipping and handling each way. However, please be mindful of the following details regarding returns:

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy will take effect.
For items that have been shipped for free, but still need to be returned please note the shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
If a perishable item is returned to us marked as “undeliverable” we cannot offer a store credit. Unfortunately, unlike items that have a longer shelf life, items that are perishable are unable to be resold after they are sent back to us. When this situation occurs, we do offer customers a 10% discount on a replacement order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, give us a call and we will happily replace your order free of charge if there are damages proving to be from AYGIOBLLCB delivery end. Please note that we cannot be responsible for delivery address errors that cause delayed arrival/spoilage or incorrect handling/storage of the product after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged or with items missing, please notify us within 3 days. We would be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that missing items may have been substituted and will be replaced with the equal amount missing from the gift basket.
For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. While this situation does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in our product.
